Individual Application Individual members can join if they are over 20 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 12 months. Membership is free. This is subject to a minimum monthly usage charge of £5.00. This amount will be discounted against the rest of your bookings in that month. So if you make a three hour booking the first hour and a bit is free. All cars are charged at £3.95 an hour. Fuel is paid for by a mileage rate of 15p/mile. This is rate will follow the current price of fuel. A fuel card is kept in the car at all times which is accepted at nearly all garages in the UK. If at a later date you want to add another driver to your existing account please sign up below and use this form.

Household Application A household application allows a second member of the same household to join with a minimum monthly usage charge of £2.50. Each member of the household can have a separate smartcard or use the one household card. The invoice can be sent individually or as a household. There is a £25 charge for a second card and individual invoicing. This can take account of needing a separate invoice for work based journeys. As your household grows you might need to add further members to your account using this form below. Each new member will only be charged the minimum monthly fee of £2.50 which is discounted against usage in that month.
